In honor of National Cheeseburger Day I decided to roll back the clock and head to Burgermaster. First off the food. Good solid burger, top notch fast food fries, and an outstanding peanut butter/butterfinger milkshake. Just exactly what I wanted. What really made the experience 5 stars was the service. My server, Tomas, was efficient, friendly, and very helpful with a couple of key menu suggestions. I wanted to make sure no onions on my burger, and he alternately suggested adding pickles (which I generally load on a burger at home). When I ordered a peanut butter shake he suggested the addition of the crumbled butterfinger, which turned out to be spot on. Including the tip my meal came to $20, about par for the course for the Seattle area. I never understand how people can complain about the cost of a meal when each item has the price printed right on the menu.

Love the QR code ordering and payment! Every time I visit Seattle, I have to get my Burgermaster fix. Prices are astronomical, but the food never disappoints. Quick service from friendly staff. Upbeat atmosphere.

Totally obsessed with the chicken crispy master. They hit all the major points- mayo, pickles, solid bun, and delicious chicken with American cheese. I always order a side of pickles. Clearly a big pickle fan! I typically order for pickup so I can't speak for the dine-in experience but the food itself is always 10/10

I've heard nothing but good things about Burgermaster but wasn't prepared for how pack the place would be on a Saturday afternoon. On our visit, there were no car ports to pull into so we parked in one of the available spaces and placed our order at the walk up counter. I had asked about ordering a burger in a lettuce wrap and while they don't offer it, I was told I could get it without the bun and they could add lettuce to the bottom. In fact, he said he would add extra lettuce to make it better. So I loved that customer service with the extra attention to detail. Our food was ready in about 12 minutes and was super hot and fresh. We decided to sit at the tables in the back. Ended up being perfect because the umbrellas helped keep us out of the sun (it was hot that day!). The seating area was clean and well kept. The fries are thin and slightly crispy. So good. The onion rings have a thick layer of breading and were not our favorite. But okay. The burgers were delicious. They were cooked to perfection and were still moist and juicy. The crab sandwich was decadent without being too rich and held up to all my expectations. Definitely will get again. Overall, we all enjoyed our food and cannot wait to come back.

I've driven by Burgermaster more times than I can count and can FINALLY say I've tried it. I read and heard a lot of positive things leading up to today and can finally say I agree and understand. It was busy on a holiday, but we were able to pull into a spot along the back of the restaurant and wait to order. It took maybe ~10 minutes between ordering and having our food brought to us. We got the bacon master, fish sandwich, fries, and a drink for about $34. Not the cheapest meal, but considering the convenience, value, and flavor, I'd come back! Both the burger and fish sandwich were delicious. They have some set toppings for both, but they also offer additional free toppings! (We didn't opt for anything additional and wanted to try as-is) I don't usually order fish sandwiches, but this one was SO good and had so much fish in it. It tasted fresh and wasn't overly oily or greasy either - same with the burger and fries. All in all, we were super impressed and loved the convenience and experience of ordering and eating in our car. We'll definitely be back!

We ordered Burger master with grilled onions yum Plain grilled chicken for Doggo (cut up) smelled good! Double bacon burger master yum!!! Onion rings a crisp large fresh rings Fries - crispy just as I ordered Peanut butter milkshake!!! Easiest my one of the best I have ever had- creamy delicious peanut butter mixed throughout!!!!! This place was Packed- but always check for spaces to Park in back. Service was fast they showed up the minute we pulled in and ordering was fast and easy! Food was delicious old school drive in delicious! Fresh hot food excellent flavors great customization options! Definitely see why this place draws a crowd but it's fast friendly and fresh!

I just moved back to the area and it's hadn't had Burgermaster in over 15 years. Let me tell you? It's just as good as I remember! The burgermaster was great! I especially love the soft bun and let me recommend the jalapeños and grilled onions. The burger was slightly under seasoned for my liking but overall a good burger. The crab melt was a bit underwhelming and slightly one note but not terrible. Not sure I'd get it again but it's definitely something different for the non beef eaters. The fries had good texture but slightly under seasoned. Overall, a good dining experience and will return to try their shakes!

We have lived in Bellevue for over ten years and just discovered Burgermaster a week ago and so impressed by the food here that we went again after our first visit last week. The children love the burgers which remind them of a better version of In N Out. The fish sandwich was amazing, lightly battered and not heavily laden with oil. The grilled chicken was good as well as fries and onion rings. Still a bit shocked at the quality of the food for the price! The service was amazing, the person who took our order and brought it along with his colleague was so cheery and seemed to genuinely take pride in his job. The food was warm and we chose to enjoy it in the car. I can understand why it was so packed on a Saturday night and looking forward to making this part of our rotation!
